Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, or by engaging Edwin Landscaping ("we," "our," or "the Contractor") for residential landscaping services including lawn mowing, mulch installation, trimming, and planting, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Estimates and Proposals

All initial estimates and proposals provided by Miguel López or Edwin Landscaping are provided on a complimentary, no-obligation basis. Written or verbal quotes remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of inspection, subject to property conditions remaining substantially unchanged.

3. Property Access & Homeowner Responsibilities

To ensure safe and timely execution of services, homeowners agree to provide reasonable access to the work areas. The homeowner agrees to keep outdoor gates unlocked, pets secured indoors during scheduled service visits, and lawn areas free of toys, hoses, and hidden obstructions.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Notice

Edwin Landscaping stands behind every lawn cut, mulch bed, and pruned shrub. If any aspect of our completed work does not meet your expectations, the client must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion, and owner Miguel López will personally inspect and remediate the issue at no additional charge.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

Landscaping operations are subject to regional weather conditions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (heavy rain, saturated soil, lightning, or severe freezes). To preserve lawn turf integrity and prevent rutting, service visits may be rescheduled to the earliest safe opportunity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Edwin Landscaping is fully insured for commercial liability. We exercise utmost care around underground utilities, irrigation heads, and decorative structures. Homeowners are responsible for notifying our crew of any unmarked shallow irrigation lines or invisible dog fence wires prior to digging or edge trenching.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
